Master Gardener Volunteer Program
The Ohio State University Extension Master Gardener Volunteer Program provides intensive training in horticulture and develops the leadership abilities of volunteers who enable others to improve the quality of their lives by enhancing their home and community environments through horticulture education and activities.

Become a Master Gardener Volunteer Information Sessions
All interested individuals are invited to attend a Become a Master Gardener Volunteer Information Session. Information sessions provide interested individuals with the opportunity to learn about the program and/or becoming a volunteer. Participants gain insights into the training and requirements and can ask questions in a small group informal educational session with the OSU Extension professional in charge of the program. These sessions can be in-person or via an on-line audio-visual conference platform (ZOOM).
